Bell II - Meziadin

Community of Meziadin Junction

Meziadin Junction is at the crossroads of Highway 37, which joins the Alaska Highway to the north (turn right) and Highway 37A, which leads west (turn left) to Stewart BC and Hyder, Alaska.

Both Meziadin Lake General Store and Meziadin Junction Services have closed. There is a small general store at Meziadin Lake Provincial Park selling the basics as well as fishing licenses, tackle and guided tours of the lake and area.

Fuel is available at either Stewart (64km west) or Bell II (94km north).

Community of Bell II

North of Meziadin Junction, beyond the Hodder Lake rest stop, is Bell II, where Highway 37 crosses the Bell-Irving River. Bell II offers fuel services including gas, propane and diesel. Other services include a full restaurant, general store, beer and wine off-sales, showers and laundry services. Offering deluxe cabin rentals and a lodge and a full service RV park, Bell II is also a gateway to spectacular lakes and streams and awesome wildlife viewing. In the winter months, world-class heli-skiing operates out of Bell II.
